Slavic Wishes

I dream to go around eastern Europe

enjoy the Transylvanian Alps to Kamchatka Bay

I wish to taste the delicious Czech Palačinky

accompanied by Russian vodka

I dream to dance the Polish Krakowiak

and sing the folk song of Dinaric village

I wish to speak Hungarian fluently

as well as write the Cyrillic

I dream to sleep on the snow in Vilnius

then feel the warm spring of Karlovy Vary

I wish to do pilgrimage to Cracow,

to Medjurgorje to pray for the Chernobyl victims

I dream to marry a Croat

and built our house in the island of Hvar

Then I wish for these Slavic wishes

in the Karlův Most of Prague
